This scheduling page is for initial consultations only. If you decide to move forward after your consultation, we'll schedule follow-up appointments directly with you based on your needs and our availability.

Legacy Court Coach provides three distinct types of services. Please review the descriptions below to determine which service fits your needs:
MEDIATION SERVICES
For resolving disputes with another party
Mediation is a neutral process where both parties work together to reach their own agreements. Our Florida Supreme Court certified mediator facilitates discussions about:
Divorce and separation
Child custody and parenting plans
Child support agreements
Property division
Co-parenting disputes
Best for: Two parties who want to resolve issues outside of court through facilitated discussion.
What to expect: Both parties attend the session. The mediator helps facilitate communication and guides you toward your own solutions.
Initial consultation: We'll discuss your situation, explain the mediation process, answer questions, and determine if mediation is appropriate for your case. If you choose to proceed, we'll schedule your mediation session(s).
DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICES
For typing assistance with legal forms
Administrative typing services for self-represented individuals who need help completing court forms and legal documents:
Divorce paperwork using Florida court forms
Estate planning documents (wills, POAs, living wills)
Court form completion using official DIY packets
Document organization and typing assistance
Best for: Individuals who have decided to represent themselves and need help typing their documents.
What to expect: You provide all information and make all decisions. We type what you direct. This is not legal advice.
Initial consultation: We'll review what documents you need, explain our process and pricing, and answer your questions. If you decide to proceed, we'll schedule time to complete your documents.
Important: Document preparation is separate from mediation and cannot be combined for the same matter.
LIFE COACHING
For personal support through transitions
One-on-one coaching to help you through difficult life transitions:
Building clarity and confidence
Emotional support during legal processes
Goal setting and personal growth
Decision-making guidance
Managing stress and change
Best for: Anyone seeking personal support, clarity, and confidence during a major life transition.
What to expect: A supportive, confidential conversation focused on your goals and next steps.
Initial consultation: We'll discuss what you're going through, your goals, and how coaching can support you. If it's a good fit, we'll create a coaching plan and schedule ongoing sessions.

For Mediation:
Both parties should be available for the consultation (if possible)

Have relevant documents ready (financial info, existing schedules, etc.)

For Document Preparation:
Think about which documents you need (or we can discuss this together)
Have basic information ready about your situation
Bring any court forms or paperwork you've already received

For Life Coaching:
Come with an open mind
Think about your goals and what you hope to achieve
Bring any questions or concerns you'd like to address
