Our Mission

Legacy Court Coach was founded to address a critical gap in the legal system: families and individuals who need guidance through complex legal processes but cannot afford traditional attorney representation—or who choose to represent themselves and need professional support.

Too many people feel lost, intimidated, and overwhelmed by court procedures, legal documents, and life transitions. They deserve accessible guidance, clear information, and the confidence to advocate for themselves effectively.

Our mission is simple: provide clarity, build confidence, and help clients become court ready.

Clarity - We provide information about court procedures and help organize documents. Clients make all decisions about their cases. We offer administrative support and procedural information, not legal advice.

Confidence - Through life coaching and emotional support, clients develop the confidence to navigate their legal journey. We help build the self-assurance needed to represent oneself effectively.

Court Ready - When court dates arrive, clients are organized and emotionally prepared to present their own cases on their own behalf.

Our Services

Legacy Court Coach provides two distinct types of services:

1. MEDIATION SERVICES (Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator)

As a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator, we facilitate neutral dispute resolution:

• Family mediation for divorce and separation

• Child custody and parenting plan mediation

• Child support agreement facilitation

• Property division mediation

• Co-parenting dispute resolution

What mediation includes: As a certified mediator, we facilitate discussions between parties, help identify issues, and assist parties in reaching their own agreements. When parties reach agreement through mediation, we prepare mediation-related documents such as parenting plans and marital settlement agreements that result from the mediation process.

Important: Mediation is a neutral process. The mediator does not represent either party, provide legal advice, or advocate for one side.

2. DOCUMENT PREPARATION SERVICES (Separate from Mediation)

Legacy Court Coach also provides document preparation typing services for self-represented individuals:

• Document typing using official Florida court DIY packets

• Template completion is performed through secure, court-compliant document automation tools to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Typing divorce paperwork at client direction

• Estate planning documents (wills, POAs, living wills, trusts, deeds)

• Administrative assistance organizing documents

• Information about where to find court forms

What document preparation includes: Clients provide all information and make all decisions. We type information provided by clients into forms selected by clients. This is administrative typing work, not legal advice.

Important: Document preparation services are separate from mediation services. We do not provide legal advice or tell clients what documents they need or what information to include.

• Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator - Professional training in conflict resolution and neutral facilitation

• 9 years of family law paralegal experience - Extensive work with divorce, custody, child support, and family law cases, providing deep understanding of court procedures and documentation

• Home health agency ownership background - Direct experience witnessing the importance of proper estate planning and advance directives through working with families in healthcare settings

• Certified Document Preparation Specialist
  Specializing in court forms, mediation agreements, and self-represented (pro se) filings. Experienced in guiding clients through Florida court paperwork with precision and confidentiality.

• Life Coaching certification - Supporting clients through difficult transitions

• Registered as Legacy Court Coach and Mediation Group, LLC

CRITICAL NOTICE: Legacy Court Coach is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

We offer TWO separate types of services:

1. Mediation Services:
Provided by a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. Mediation is a neutral dispute resolution process where a trained mediator facilitates communication between parties to help them reach their own agreements. The mediator does not represent either party, provide legal advice, or act as an attorney. Mediation-related documents (such as parenting plans or settlement agreements) are prepared only when they result from the mediation process itself.

2. Document Preparation Services:
These are separate administrative typing services for self-represented individuals, NOT connected to any mediation services. We type information provided by clients into court forms and legal software templates at client direction. We cannot tell clients what documents they need, what information to include, or provide legal advice of any kind.

We cannot and do not:

• Provide legal advice in either capacity

• Represent clients in court

• Tell clients what to do in their cases

• Select which forms clients should use (for document prep)

• Predict case outcomes

• Interpret the law

• Act as an attorney

All decisions about legal matters are made by clients themselves.

Clients should consult with a licensed Florida attorney if they need legal advice.

The founder is not currently working as a paralegal under attorney supervision and does not provide legal advice in any capacity.
